I am a soon-to-be journalism graduate from the University of Texas passionate about telling local news and telling the stories of the Latinx community. I've enjoyed learning how to produce multimedia pieces that capture the different aspects of each story. 

Outside of journalism, I am a percussionist. I am a cymbal section leader for the Longhorn Band and I love teaching fellow students how to perform at their highest potential. 

In my free time you can find me reading the Dune series, watching football and learning drum rudiments.
